  Job Description:
  • Responsible for controlling, planning & implementation of operation 24/7 of all on air sites, maintain the site health condition and alarm free network.
  • Responsible for controlling corrective & preventive maintenance, operational & emergency maintenance for Radio elements, Transmission devices, Electrical components, Generators, Air conditioners etc. by Managed Service partner.
  • Coordinate with different department to solve customer complain (Customer and Problem TT) issues to improvise customer experience at required cases.
  • Prepare and present project status of progress reports with plans and strategies to improvise performance of Province 6&7 network.
  • Responsible for site management, conflict and dispute resolution, development and implement processes of site visiting and FLM vendor control.
  • Responsible for work verification done by third party
  • Responsible for Site Acceptance and facilitation.
  • Responsible for Network Improvement tasks for identifying operational and technical gaps on the project operation and provide feasible solutions.
  • Responsible for Drive Test to identify and possibly resolve the issue.
  • Control, plan and implement vendor’s resources like technical skilled people assessment, tools usage, number of vehicle/ mobile gensets used, fuel status in genset, spare part availability etc. for network operation.

Education + Experience
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar field.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience, particularly those with a background in telecom engineering, including work in radio, transmission, and electrical fields, along with an understanding of field operations.
