Responsible for scheduling/managing meetings of NBA Committees and Sub-Committees;
Prepare Minutes/Reports of the Committees and take necessary actions or make follow-ups as decided in the meetings;
Strengthen coordination and maintain good level of communication with NBA Provincial-level Committees;
Ensure the focal contact details of various Committees are updated;
Provide support and assistance to Committee Members as required;
Support to conduct programs/activities of the Association;
Build strong network with member banks and external institutions;
Organize and manage different events & activities of Association;
Create workplan for events and meetings, and prepare proposal as required;
Collaborate with different organizations to execute the program/events;
Closely work with team members on various engagements/projects;
Effective planning and execution to ensure successful completion of events;
Conduct any other additional duties handed time-to-time by the ED.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience of minutes drafting and event hosting preferred;
Knowledge of banking industry preferred;
Expert in all MS-Office applications;
Exceptional communication skills;
Proficient time management skills and ability to work independently;
Education + Experience
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or similar degree.
