The primary purpose of this position is to work closely with MoLESS to support policy, guidelines and procedures that enhance efficient and effective reintegration service delivery in reintegration of returnee migrants. The role aims to strengthen the Employment Service Centers (ESC) to ensure its full function and provide holistic and quality services on labour, employment, migration and reintegration. Additionally, it involves contributing to the promotion of productive domestic and foreign employment opportunities, fostering synergies with related development partners and private sector.
Required Professional Education, Experience and Social Competencies: Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Development Cooperation or in any relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years of working experience in a project/ programme with at least 3 years dedicated experience in employment services or governance. Having experience in labour migration and private sector engagement projects will be an added value. Commitment towards gender equality, social inclusion and poverty reduction; and sensitivity towards migrant workers and their families.
