  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests throughout their visit.
  • Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Handle lounge reservations and manage the seating plan efficiently.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Flexibility to handle varying guest needs and peak hours.
Education + Experience
  • BHM with 2/3 years of experience in 4/5 start hotel in similar role.
