  Job Description:
  • The role holder has overall responsbility of the Human Resources & Administration Function of the Coporation Management of the company.
  • Is responsible for leading the HR function by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise to VP Corporate/ Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Managenment Committee (MANCO) in oder to achive business performance.
  • The role holder will seek to maintain high standerds of professionalism and service quality.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Master's degree in relevent field (Human Resources) with 10 years managerial experience and proven track record.
  • Understanding of financials & experience managing financial activities.
  • Understanding of HR products and how to implement them.
  • Knowledge of the latest HR trends, best practices and how to sucessfully apply them.
  • Excellent communication skills; clear, oral and written skill.
Education + Experience
  • Master's degree in relevent field (Human Resources) with 10 years managerial experience and proven track record.
