  Job Description:
  • Manage end-to-end accounting functions including billing, revenue recognition, and expense control
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with taxation laws (VAT, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory regulations
  • Handle internal, external, and tax audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations
  • Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, receivables, and payables
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
  • Monitor ISP-specific revenue streams such as subscriptions, bandwidth usage, and service charges
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams for financial accuracy and cost optimization
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and accounting policies
  • Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience (ISP/Telecom industry experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in accounting/ERP software and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity
  • Preferred Competencies
  • Experience in subscription-based or service-oriented business models
  • Knowledge of telecom/ISP regulatory financial requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Education + Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience (ISP/Telecom industry experience preferred)
