  Job Description:
  • Basic computer and English writing skills, Customer Service Skills.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Provide excellent face to face or in call customer care services with
  • Assists customers to make their best decisions by handling all the queries.
  • Resolve issues and complaints from customers by providing them with appropriate information      
  • Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by timely updating customer’s information
  • Take additional responsibilities as and when required. 
  • Duty Shift for Customer Service Agent
    • 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm & 11am to 7pm. (should perform any duty hour)
    • Saturday duty minimum 4hrs and will get a substitute to leave.
Education + Experience
  • Bachelor running or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Fresher can also apply.
