Job Description:
Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
Guidance customers through telephone for Troubleshooting routers.
Guidance and instruction for the users
Referring customers to superiors when necessary
Ability to cohesively handle demanding customers and/or Services.
High Level of demonstration of Interpersonal & communication skills
Education + Experience
Prefer Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer (CCNA Preferrable)
6 Months and Fresher can also apply
Computer knowledge: Network support technicians must possess knowledge of different computer software and hardware functions and have extensive familiarity with PCs.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and newer versions
