  • Guidance customers through telephone for Troubleshooting routers. 
  • Guidance and instruction for the users
  • preparation of quotations. 
  • update inquiries to respected departments, 
  • update customers/ Clients and HODs
  • Ability to cohesively handle demanding customers and/or Services.
  • High Level of demonstration of Interpersonal & communication skills
Education + Experience
  • Duty Time: 1 pm to 6 pm
