Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage the company's financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Provide insights into financial performance, identifying key trends, and recommending corrective actions.
Financial | MIS Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational needs and optimize investment opportunities (with Signatory Authority)

Cost Control: Analyze costs and expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for tax filings.

Financial Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Strategic Financial Decision Support: Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management.

Audit Coordination:- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during financial audits.

Implement recommendations to strengthen internal controls and financial processes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Finance Manager is responsible for managing the accounts and providing overall leadership to the Finance Department and His/her team Independently

Education + Experience

Experience :- 5 + Years (Managerial Role)
Qualification :- CA / Semi CA / Master
