  Job Description:
  • Contact customers to confirm service appointments, follow up on ongoing issues, and address any concerns.
  • Communicate with technical support and field service teams to coordinate service resolutions.
  • Monitor and manage follow-up tasks related to service installations, outages, and customer complaints.
  • Generate and review reports on follow-up activities, service performance, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with Customer Service, Technical Support, and Field Service teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 1 year experience in customer service or follow-up roles, preferably in an ISP or telecommunications environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Education + Experience
  • +2 completed.
