Handles the tickets routed by L1 support or can themselves produce tickets for any issue they observe.
Trouble shoot problems.
Must have skills and 1-3 years of experience in solving complicated problems relevant to Internet and can guide / help L1 support people to work in troubleshooting.
Handle escalated issues by utilizing problem solving skills and communication skills to effectively resolve more than 95% of customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Conduct team huddle on weekly basis.
Record and track team SLAs and workflows.
On-board new technical support team members.
Work to create any relevant support material for the team.
Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improveme.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
Interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, and the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.

Energetic and Enthusiastic.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Must have 2 wheelers and driving licence.
1- 2 years of exprience in isp.
