  Job Description:
  • Handles the tickets routed by L1 support or can themselves produce tickets for any issue they observe.
  • Trouble shoot problems.
  • Must have skills and 1-3 years of experience in solving complicated problems relevant to Internet and can guide / help L1 support people to work in troubleshooting.
  • Handle escalated issues by utilizing problem solving skills and communication skills to effectively resolve more than 95% of customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct team huddle on weekly basis.
  • Record and track team SLAs and workflows.
  • On-board new technical support team members.
  • Work to create any relevant support material for the team.
  • Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improveme.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, and the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
  • Problem Solver.
  •  Energetic and Enthusiastic.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Must have 2 wheelers and driving licence.
  • 1- 2 years of  exprience in isp.
