• Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Monitor stock movement, stock ageing, and reorder levels.
• Implement inventory control systems and minimize stock variance.
• Ensure proper documentation of goods received and goods issued.
• Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
• Manage the movement of materials and goods between branches, suppliers, and warehouses.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Manage logistics partners and transport vendors (if applicable).
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues immediately.
• Warehouse & Operations Management
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stacking, storage, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper handling, safety, and storage of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and warehouse organization.
• Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Coordination
• Supervise warehouse staff, delivery personnel, and helpers.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, sales, and finance teams.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and inventory software/ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Knowledge of procurement, supply chain flow, and documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Education + Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years in Logistics, Inventory, Warehouse, or Supply Chain management (Managerial experience preferred)
