Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Officer to join our growing IT startup company. As a Sales and Marketing Officer a.k.a Sales Superhero, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify and promote new products and services
- Track and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and optimize strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Education + Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (running can also apply)
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT industry (Fresher can also apply)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and automation tools
- Familiar with Human resource department and office management.
