  Job Description:
  • Keep detailed record of all customers with all products
  • Make follow-up calls to all customers bases on their copy/print volume for consumables and spare parts
  • Prepare final estimate raised by Service Engineer and Technical Supervisor
  • Send necessary estimate of consumables and spare parts to the customers
  • Deliver necessary consumables and spare parts to the customers
  • Visit customer to explain about estimates /original toner/spare parts etc. and for necessary survey
  • Maintain communication with customers via emails, phone calls, etc. to get feedback and solve problems with help of technical staff in case of any.
  • Forecast consumables and spare parts for the inventory master plan
  • Keep a record of outgoing goods
  • Keep a record of cannibalized machine
  • Make a list of goods to raise PO before 2th(A.D.) of every month based on sales status, stock positions, and previous PO’s goods list and submit to the logistic department
  • Prepare monthly sales reports of Toner, AMC, and other spare parts and submit them to authorize the department
  • Assign service calls to technical staff/Service Engineers/ Engineers
  • Formulate the timesheet of all the technical officers
  • Correct warranty with all the relevant information and update in E-tracks such as customer register, product register, warranty register, free service register etc.
  • Keep system of filing like service job card, monthly servicing card and warranty card
  • Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose
  • Conduct meeting with manager to discuss about process improvements and issues
  • Ensure that the customers call are handled answered in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Develop standard procedures and policies for improving the services provided to the customers
  • Responsible for handling servicing tools of “Technical Department Team” in a proper manner
  • Prepare daily report and provide to authorize staff
  • Other office duties assigned by the management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field
  • Must have proven work experience as Service Supervisor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • A great positive attitude
  • Must have a 2-wheeler with a valid license
Education + Experience
  • Bachelor in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of experience and more
