• Assist in creating and scheduling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas, campaigns, and promotions.
• Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
• Assist in maintaining content calendars and scheduling posts to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
• Help with the creation and editing of visual assets such as graphics, images, and short videos for social media posts.
• Engage with the social media community by liking, sharing, and commenting on relevant posts from followers and influencers.
• Monitor social media analytics and compile reports on key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and growth.
• Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns in daraz, including monitoring budgets, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Stay updated on new features, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to contribute fresh ideas and insights.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
• Passion for social media and a strong understanding of various platforms and their features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of social media analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights) is a plus.

Education + Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or in progress).
