Job Description:
- Manage and update the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging posts, stories, and short videos aligned with brand tone and goals
- Schedule regular content and maintain posting consistency
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to enhance content strategy
- Assist in running paid ads and boosting posts (if required)
- Provide weekly performance reports and growth insights
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
- Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or other content creation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience or portfolio in managing social media pages (preferred but not mandatory)
