Job Description:
- Manage and update all company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, captions, reels/short videos)
- Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries; respond promptly
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports
- Assist in planning campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility
- Collaborate with team members for content ideas
- Manage and update the company website (content updates, announcements, basic maintenance)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and platforms
- Basic skills in content creation, graphic design, or video editing
- Good communication and creativity
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience preferred but freshers are highly encouraged to apply
- Availability to work part-time with flexible hours
