  Job Description:
  • Supervise and lead the follow-up team, providing guidance, support, and training to team members.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, performance metrics, and strategies for improvement.
  • Monitor team performance against established KPIs and objectives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the asset recovery follow-up processes and implement best practices.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the follow-up team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the follow-up team, ensuring effective communication and coordination to maximize asset recovery efforts.
  • This role involves managing team performance, developing strategies for follow-up processes, and collaborating with other departments to enhance recovery outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the follow-up team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to facilitate asset recovery efforts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, recovery rates, and other relevant metrics to management.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new team members.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Ensure that all interactions with clients are professional and in line with company
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints related to asset recovery.
Education + Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
