1.Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers and internal teams.
2.Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, OLTs.
3.Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
4.Perform network health checks, bandwidth monitoring, and performance analysis.
5.Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and coordinate with vendors.
6.Maintain accurate network documentation, logs, and equipment inventory.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1.Knowledge of ONU/ONT , Ip address (IPv4/V6), VLAN configuration and routing protocols.
2.Hands-on experience with OLT / Switch ((Huawei, BDcom, Nokia, Cdata, Cisco, Juniper)
3.Familiarity with various network monitoring tools.
4.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
5.Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations as required.
