Job Description:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, OLTs.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Perform network health checks, bandwidth monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and coordinate with vendors.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, logs, and equipment inventory.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of ONU/ONT , Ip address (IPv4/V6), VLAN configuration and routing protocols.
- Hands-on experience with OLT / Switch ((Huawei, BDcom, Nokia, Cdata, Cisco, Juniper)
- Familiarity with various network monitoring tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations as required.
