  Job Description:
  • Pool profiles and close openings.
  • Attend and represent the organization in job fairs/ career fairs and pool potential candidates.
  • Complete all formalities relating to employee onboardings such as reference checks, documentations, enrollment in HRIS, avail joining kits, etc.
  • Maintain TATs for hires as per levels.
  • Tie-up with colleges for pooling potential candidates.
  • Maintain eligible candidates per position for every position as per the target.
  • Tie-up with recruitment agencies to fill up openings
Education + Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in the field of recruitment
  • Must have previous experience in IT companies
  • Knowledge of technical recruitment
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient knowledge of HR functions
  • Professional and precise communication skills
