  • Attend and direct all phone calls with full responsibility
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Notifies concern department of visitor arrival
  • Responds to customer inquiries  
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties and Assisting the other department when required
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Good in Nepali and English verbal/written communication
  • Should be able to manage data on MS Excel Sheets
