➤Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
➤Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and direct them appropriately
➤Handle and maintain documents, records, and front desk files
➤Manage office correspondence, including emails and physical documents
➤Maintain and organize manager’s files and administrative records
➤Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
➤Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
➤Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks as required
➤Bachelor’s degree running or completed
➤Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and MS Excel
➤Good verbal and written communication skills
➤Presentable personality with a professional attitude
➤Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
➤Prior experience in a front desk or receptionist role will be an added advantage
