  Job Description:
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidate resumes.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help track attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
  • Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.
Education + Experience
  • Bachelor's degree running/completed in HRM, Management, BBA, or related field.
