Job Description:
- Follow up Branch for Pending voucher.
- Goods Transaction via Oracle.
- Documentation.
- Assist supervisor for Stock verification and audit report.
- Report to HOD on Daily Basis.
- Understand Logistic process needs and requirements and monitor their compliance.
- Coordinate with central warehouse and dispatch equipment / Device to concern unit / Origination.
- Have to make strong plan to minimize risk of goods shortage.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Overall knowledge of logistic work and minimum 1 year experience in same field.
- Leadership skills, problems solver.
- Knowledge of date analysis.
- Design proper plan and execute them.
- Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
- Mature, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
- Should be able to work under pressure and during odd hours.
- Own vehicle will be preferred.
Education + Experience
- Intermediate Completed or Bachelor's Running in any discipline.
