·         Good communication and computer skills

·         Handle on call inquiry, correspondence such as drafting and responding emails.

·         Providing accurate, valid and complete information.

·         Accomplish the task with high quality in given time.

·         Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the  time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
