Job Description:
- Assist customers with general inquiries and service-related concerns.
- Support day-to-day retail outlet operations.
- Coordinate with customers and relevant internal teams.
- Assist with field-related activities when required.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of assigned activities.
- Provide basic information about company services and products.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum SLC/SEE qualification.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in a field and retail environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Bike and valid two-wheeler driving license required for designated positions.
- Candidates comfortable with local travel will be preferred.
Education + Experience
- Minimum SLC/SEE pass
- Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or field operations will be an advantage.
