Job Description:

- Taking customer queries and solving it or escalate to senior.
- Stricltly following commands of senior as instructed.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of Computer is a must
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English is preferred
- Should be fluent in the local language
- Communicable
- Previous experience in any sales profile\call center is preferred
- Training will be provided
