- Taking customer queries and solving it or escalate to senior.
- Stricltly following commands of senior as instructed.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Highly interested in sales & marketing.
- Basic Knowledge of Computer & Microsoft Office package.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Nepali, Hindi & English(Oral & Written).
- Flexible and able to work on odd hours.
- Training will be provided.

- Intermediate Completed or Bachelors Running.
