  Job Description:
  • Lead and supervise the sales team in the assigned area.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase company growth.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct field visits and customer meetings regularly.
