  Job Description:


• Lead Management: Managing leads sourced from digital marketing channels, employing
effective communication and sales strategies to convert them into successful sales, all
while maintaining a strong understanding of the product and collaborating with cross-
functional teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Identifying New Clients: Proactively seek out potential clients in the industry segments
we serve through cold calling and research.
• Client Engagement: Follow up with prospective clients, build relationships, and guide
them through the sales process, including setting up meetings, providing
demonstrations, and addressing inquiries.
• Needs Assessment: Understand clients' knowledge of our products, their buying plans,
and budget constraints. Analyze their organization structure to identify key decision-makers

• Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in our product offerings through knowledge
gained during in-house training sessions.
• Quotation and Documentation: Prepare and send price quotations based on client
requirements. Maintain a comprehensive database of all client communications and
activities in the sales CRM.
• Technical and Commercial Support: Provide clients with detailed technical and
commercial information related to our products and the market.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Passion in business development or sales, ideally in the technology solutions sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical product details.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
• Familiarity with the products offered by Raj Trading Concern
 

Education + Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
