General Accounting

Job Description:

Review & approve payment vouchers and journal entries.
Review and maintenance of stock.
Preparation of chart of accounts, checking, verification & approval of accounting transaction.
Maintain books of account · Handle and manage petty cash.
Making Payment of parties at Site/ Project.
Assist with tax audit and tax returns.
Making local purchase & other management related works as required.
Preparation of trial balance, Profit and loss account, and balance sheet.
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Monitor and record financial transaction according to company policies and regulation.
Find out errors and problems and suggest ways to improve them.

Should have Master Degree with minimum 5 years' experience.
Proven work experience in a construction company.
Internal Audit.
Inventory Management.
Familiar with the application of MS Office, Accounting package (Navigator), taxation, Nepali Typing, and Good Knowledge of email and Internet operation.

Master Degree in related filed.
