  Job Description:

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and material issuance.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing stock on a daily basis.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory checks.
  • Ensure proper stock availability and report shortages or excess inventory.
  • Maintain updated inventory records using MS Excel or inventory management systems.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments regarding stock requirements and replenishment.

Store Operations Management

  • Manage day-to-day store activities efficiently.
  • Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and storage of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store area.
  • Monitor and control stock handling procedures to avoid damage or loss.
  • Ensure proper documentation for received and issued materials.
  • Track and maintain records of tools, equipment, and company assets.

Administrative & Office Support

  • Prepare and maintain store-related reports, records, and documentation.
  • Support administrative and office management activities as required.
  • Maintain filing systems and proper documentation of invoices, delivery notes, and stock records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding materials and deliveries.
  • Assist in preparing purchase requests and stock reports when required.

Coordination & Communication

  • Maintain effective coordination with management, operations teams, and other departments.
  • Communicate professionally with suppliers, staff, and visitors regarding store-related matters.
  • Support smooth operational workflow through proper inventory coordination.
  • Maintain positive interpersonal and professional relationships within the workplace.

Compliance & Asset Handling

  • Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of company inventory and assets.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and store management standards.
  • Report damaged, expired, or missing items to management immediately.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and store management procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and office management tasks.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education + Experience
  • Minimum Intermediate (+2) or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
