• Hardware, Network and IT System Troubleshooting, Monitoring and Maintenance Support for company Data Center.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance of the Data Center and Network Security Infrastructure Components.
• Perform daily checks of Data Center and Network  Infrastructure to ensure whether they are functioning properly.
• Escalate critical system faults to the office IT for assistance and restoration.
• Perform Onsite maintenance as per requirement.
• Daily Reporting Hardware and Software Status to office  IT.
• Maintain daily entry and changes log on Data Center.
• IT Support for various company IT Syetems.
• Other Ad hoc duties as per instruction from IT Chief.
• The personal should work under Corporate Planning and Monitoring Department, MIS and Research section.
• The job timing and working hours will be as directed by company and may vary time to time.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum 1 year experience as system and network, support and maintenance, web programming database management or similar role.
• Good Knowledge of computer system and IT components.
• Excellent troubleshooting skill.
• Good communication abilities.
• Candidate should be able to work any day of the week, 8 hours a per day, and substitute for any absent candidate on a need basis.
• Should be able to work any days and duty hours as per duty roster.

Education + Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in IT
