Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives.
Develop area-wise sales strategies and ensure timely execution.
Achieve sales targets for the assigned region.
Conduct regular field visits with MR team to monitor performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals.
Plan and conduct product promotional activities and campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, and team progress.
Train and develop MR team to enhance skills and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference for Science/Pharmacy.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (managerial experience preferred).
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to travel frequently within assigned areas.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
