  Job Description:

  • Responsible for overall business strategy and management (programmatic, financial, and administrative).

  • Leads skilled and professional teams to deliver life-saving services through clinical centres, mobile outreach teams, and private/public sector midwives.

  • Prepares and executes annual budgets, marketing plans, and work plans.

  • Develops new business opportunities to support organizational growth.

  • Oversees financial, administrative, and logistical resources for smooth operations.

  • Ensures adherence to MSI minimum standards across all service delivery channels.

  • Assures quality operations aligned with annual and long-term strategic goals and objectives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Must have a Master’s degree in Public Health, Hospital Management, Management, or a relevant field of study.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Management Team (SMT) role.

  • Experience preferred in a social business, health organization, or private/corporate entity.

  • Proven experience in growing and expanding business operations.
