• Monitor and maintain outdoor fiber optic and network infrastructure
• Conduct regular field inspections of fiber routes, poles, joint closures, distribution boxes, and network equipment
• Identify and report network faults, fiber cuts, and infrastructure damage
• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely fault rectification and preventive maintenance
• Monitor network uptime and support uninterrupted service delivery
• Supervise the installation, relocation, and maintenance of outdoor network equipment
• Maintain records of network assets, fiber routes, and maintenance activities
• Ensure proper installation and protection of fiber cables and outdoor network equipment

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic understanding of FTTH, GPON, and fiber optic networks
• Knowledge of fiber splicing, cable routing, and outdoor network maintenance
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic network issues
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in outdoor environments

Education + Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
• 0–1 years of experience in ISP, telecommunications, or fiber network operations preferred
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply
