1. Manager- Digitalization (2)

Manager Digitization is responsible for driving initiatives of digital banking, digital innovation, digitization, and automation of the Bank’s business and operations.  Further, the position shall be responsible to assist senior management in devising, driving and implementing the digital strategy of the bank in coordination with various units, third-party vendors, and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist senior management in developing and implementing digital strategy by engaging relevant stakeholders
  • Spearhead the overall management of Digital Banking projects, track and monitor progress and ensure effective implementation
  • Work closely with various segments and interact with cross-functional team members on product, service, and technology
  • Maintain an understanding of external competitive digital development and their impact

JOB COMPETENCIES

  • Possess functional and technical proficiency across business and product digitization
  • Sound knowledge of digital payment systems, banking processes, digital banking products and services, omnichannel Integration etc.
  • Strong understanding/focus on digital technologies and payment
  • Ability to adapt a flexible approach and working practices/culture of the Bank.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to work.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize workloads and work independently towards completing tasks and meeting deadlines.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Management/Commerce/Business or Engineering or Information Technology or Computers or Information Management or in the related subject with at least second division or 2.5 CGPA (out of 4).
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in commercial banks or in fintech or digital banking service providers with at least 3 years’ experience in Officer/Manager level in case of Master’s Degree and at least 4 years’ experience in Officer/Manager level in case of Bachelor’s Degree.

All candidates must be proficient in written/spoken Nepali and English language. Candidates are expected to have intelligent and pleasant personalities, be articulate with superior interpersonal skills and desire to excel. The candidates must have positive attitude and be a team player but be able to work independently and take initiative.

2. Officer- Digitalization (1)

The purpose of this job is to develop, manage and deliver digital products along with digitization of various business processes and procedures of the Bank through effective collaboration with stakeholders and service providers. Further the position must maintain sound knowledge of industry trends, product and technology, and business processes and interact with business units, and vendors to identify needs and requirements to propose strategies and digital solutions for the accomplishment of the digital strategy of the Bank.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take overall responsibility to manage the development and implementation of digital banking projects and process automation suites.
  • Designing and developing efficient workflow of various business processes
  • Work closely with various segments and interact with cross-functional team members on product, service and technology
  • Understand the market dynamics, available latest technologies, standards and develop links with vendors, service/solution providers etc.
  • Liaise various units and service providers when appropriate and effective follow-up
  • Participate in meetings, prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences 
  • Possess good writing skills for drafting SOPs, product papers and other relevant documentation.
  • Enhance user experience in developed applications and conduct awareness and training programs

ELIGIBILITY

  • Age not exceeding 32
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent in Management/Commerce/Business or Statistics or Economics or Accounts or Finance with at least second division or 3 CGPA (out of 4) or professional qualifications like CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, Engineering or any degree related with information technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial banks or in fintech or digital banking service providers with at least 2 years experience in officer/supervisor level in the related department.
