Career Opportunity- Ground Operation Assistant (Kathmandu Based)

Buddha Air begins with a maiden flight to the top of the world on a Beechcraft 1900D on 11 October 1997. Since then, we have grown to be the largest and longest operating privately-owned domestic airline in Nepal. Buddha air is looking for energetic ground staff to be responsible for administrative duties and communication with passengers. You should be able to promptly resolve passenger queries and ensure that all passengers are satisfied.

To be successful as ground staff, you should display outstanding interpersonal skills and achieve excellent customer service, which consistently meets the goals and vision of the company. Ultimately, exceptional ground staff should be able to multi-task and ensure that every passenger is comfortable, safe, and well-informed of flight schedules, aircraft delays, weather concerns, and other factors that may affect passengers.

Specification

• Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (More Preferable Bachelors)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience Or Entry Level.
• Skills: Customer Handling, Strong Interpersonal skills, time management and multi-tasking, Well-groomed.
• Willing to work shifts.
• Attitude: Meticulous to detail, Positive attitude, Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Training: MS application (preferable).

Basic Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming passengers, and responding to questions.
• Maintain a good relationship with customers and network buildup.
• Making reservations.
• Selling airline tickets.
• Passenger Handling.
• Providing information to passengers.
