• Lead and coordinate engineering activities related to hydropower project design and construction.
• Review and oversee engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions for engineering issues encountered during project implementation.
• Review project progress and provide technical input for timely completion of project activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of engineering standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct technical inspections and assess construction quality and progress.
• Identify potential technical risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
• Prepare and review technical reports, progress reports, and other engineering documentation.
• Support project planning, coordination, and decision-making through technical expertise.
• Perform other engineering duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Extensive practical knowledge of hydropower project development and construction.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
• Ability to manage technical challenges and provide effective engineering solutions.
• Good leadership, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work at project sites as required.

Education + Experience

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in hydropower design and construction.
• Strong knowledge of hydropower project engineering, design, and construction practices.
• Good technical, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
