• Coordinate and support the implementation of the CASCADE-DR Nepal research project at Biratnagar Eye Hospital.
• Support the assessment of the burden of diabetic retinopathy in Biratnagar.
• Assist in assessing patient awareness, referral completion, and treatment uptake related to diabetic retinopathy care.
• Support the identification and assessment of patient, provider, and health-system barriers affecting diabetic retinopathy care.
• Coordinate research activities and support qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
• Maintain research-related documentation and records.
• Support report writing, manuscript preparation, and other research-related activities.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of the 12-month research project supported by Yale University.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• At least 1 year of relevant research experience is preferred.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
• Working knowledge of REDCap.
• Working knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS, Stata, or R.
• Experience in report writing.
• Experience in grant proposal development.
• Experience in manuscript preparation.
• Candidates should be qualified and energetic Nepali individuals below 35 years of age.

Education + Experience

• Master's in Public Health, OR
• M.Sc. Public Health (Epidemiology)
