• Assist in the installation and activation of FTTH and broadband internet connections.
• Support technicians during maintenance and troubleshooting of internet services.
• Carry and handle ONUs, routers, fiber cables, and other networking equipment safely.
• Perform basic fiber routing, cable laying, and equipment setup as assigned.
• Respond to customer service requests and provide on-site technical assistance.
• Coordinate with Technical Support and Operations teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain records of installations, maintenance activities, and field visits.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company tools and equipment.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Travel within the assigned service area as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic understanding of FTTH, broadband, and networking equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow technical instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in the field.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

Education + Experience

• Minimum SLC/SEE passed. Candidates with +2 or higher qualification are encouraged to apply.
