• Ensure the availability of internet packages, routers, ONTs, and other networking products at retail outlets
• Assist retail partners with customer registrations, service activations, renewals, and service requests
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for internet and network-related customer issues
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve retailer and customer concerns
• Ensure company branding materials and promotional displays are properly installed and maintained at retail outlets
• Follow up on pending installations, service requests, and customer complaints with the concerned departments

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic understanding of networking concepts and ISP services
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage field visits
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license

Education + Experience

• 0–1 years of experience in retail support, ISP operations, telecommunications, networking, sales, or customer service preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in networking are encouraged to apply
• ​Bachelor's degree (Running or Completed) in Management, Business Studies, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
