  Job Description:
  • Maintain regular contact to advertisers and agencies
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Prepare sound proposal based on the specific needs and able to explain the rationale
  • Negotiate with customer/agency and close a deal successfully
  • Professionally represent NBA towards a customer/agency
  • Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels 
  • Correspond the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
  • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
  • Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
  • Track to app,web ranking
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Conversant with or interested to learn Online & Digital Marketing avenues (E-marketing, M-marketing, Social Media Boosting, etc.)
  • Demonstrated negotiation, presentation and closing skills
  • Customer orientation – interest in meeting customer expectations
  • Shows a strive to achieve results and continuously improve performance
  • Skills in both, verbal and written communication – good listener
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • Computer skills and proficient in MS-office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education + Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce or any relevant field
  • Online Marketing experience of minimum 3 years or more
