  Job Description:
  • Installation and management of Network system, hardware, software, Project management, and Website management.
  •  Setup, and configuration of access control, switch, router, firewalls, and other in-house applications including
  • updating patches and firmware.
  • Review vendor contracts and coordinate IT purchases (hardware, software, and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs.
  • Liaise with vendors and the bank’s personnel for problem resolution.
  • Provide physical/ remote support to users and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
  • Manage, set up, and troubleshoot Audio Video system, CCTV, fingerprint devices, and other access control.
  • Tasks related to System Administration, Backup administration, Database management and Security, Documentation, End User Support.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Basic or general knowledge of programming is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to learn and explore new technologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a dynamic team.
Education + Experience
  • BE Computer Science/BIT/BCA/BCIS/BIM. Master’s degree preferred.
  • MCSA or CCNA certification holders are given priority.
  •  Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible job-related experience in networking and hardware, information technology or telecommunications, or information management, such as WAN/LAN networking, operating systems, databases, web application, virtualization, etc.
Benefits

The starting CTC range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of NRs. 871,000 – NRs. 993,000 for annually. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range based on various factors, including, for example, the candidate's qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
