  Job Description:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen stewarding department.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient dishwashing and equipment cleaning.
  • Supervise and train kitchen stewarding staff.
  • Schedule and assign duties to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  •  
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and other staff.

 

Education + Experience

Work in a 4/5-star hotel in similar position with 5/6 years’ experience and abroad experience will be an added advantage.
