  Job Description:
  • Rsponsible for development, execution and measurement of strategic and tactical yield and inventory management to maximize room revenue for multiple hotels via major distribution channels, including GDS, central and On-property reservations, website and online travel agencies' internet sites. 
  • Identify, communicate and execute opportunities ti increase incremental revenue based on historical demand, regional, seasonal and competitive influences by properties (hotels) and market and group performance across each property.
  • Assists in creating and positioning long-term strategies for all segments (group, transient, catering) that are in aligment with brand standards and property objectives.
  • Ensure that sales strategies and rate restrictions are communicated, implemented and modified as market conditions fluctuate.
  • Monitor and evaluate market demand trends, including surveying competitor's strategies.
Education + Experience
  • Bachelor's in Hospitality Management with Revenue Management Analysis or equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in managing Multiple Property Revenue Management operations is preferred.
  • Age not exceeding 40 years.
