Field service engineers will be responsible to respond customer service calls and perform on-site/off-site repairs.
They will conduct Install new equipment by establishing, calibrating, testing performance, troubleshooting, Replacement & provide technical support services.
His/her responsibilities will also include maintaining service/ Prepare Installation reports, weekly logs, and expense reports.
Deal with technical queries from hospitals and doctors and give advice on new and existing equipment
Performing Preventive maintenance, AMC & CMC contracts etc.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Should work well under stress and delivers as per timelines with accuracy
Should have good understanding of laboratory and healthcare engineering systems and controls
Sound Knowledge of equipment Calibration /Servicing/Maintenance of Medical Equipment
Willing to travel as per the need

Training management skill
Good negotiating skills & Sense of confidentiality
Should have own two wheeler vehicle & valid driving license
Maintain safe and healthy working environment
Maintain timely and effective communications with the other related department
Professional Skill Required:Communication Negotiation Analytical /General Microsoft Office Package / Preferable experience in Pharmaceutical/ Medical Devices /Biomedical engineer
Education + Experience
Bachelors in Electronic and Communication
Diploma in Electrical or Diploma in Electronic and communication or Diploma Bio med equipment Technician
Bachelors in Biomedical engineer & B.E in Electrical
