  Job Description:
  • Demonstrated analytical, strategic thinking and negotiating skills.
  • Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive and trustworthy relations for influencing.
  • Experience in managing time and resource constraints.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in English and Nepali in order to communicate complex and technical information to technical and general audiences.
  • Proven IT skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of International and National Girls Agency and Youth Empowerment program, project and policies.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of International and National Sexual Health and Reproductive Health program, project and policies.
  • In depth practical knowledge of inter disciplinary development issues affecting children, women and gender justice.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully using key influencing strategies such as advocacy, lobbying, movement building, or policy development.
  • Advanced understanding of the development and NGO sector.
  • Essential Experience of working with coalitions and networks required.
Education + Experience

Master’s Degree in Youth Empowerment, Employment, Livelihoods, Gender, Development Studies preferred or any other relevant field with 2-3 years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field with 4-5 years of demonstrated experience
